Lily and Syringa residents are cared for by staff who are specially trained in dementia and memory loss disorders. New residents complete an assessment process with a senior care specialist to properly assess medical, social and emotional needs, as well as care levels necessary for senior living. Residents in the memory care program have their choice of private or shared accommodations. Lily and Syringa maintain a high staff-to-resident ratio to ensure every resident gets the level of care they need. There is a skilled nurse on staff 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, and residents receive assistance with daily living tasks and medication management. Additional services include housekeeping and transportation. Residents have hands-on craft times, games, and other fun activities. Memory care residents live in a safe, secure community.
