Caring respects your right to privacy and we take the protection of your personal information seriously. For the most part, you can visit MemoryCare.com and our Caring LLC websites without us associating information from those visits with your personal information. Any information that you do provide to us is completely voluntary, but some information is necessary for us to render the information and referral services that we provide.

In order for us to provide you with the services we offer, we need to collect your name, email address, telephone number, and zip code. While online, or on the phone with one of our Family Advisors, we may also ask for, and collect, personal information about another person for whom you are seeking senior care referral services, and for you to confirm that you have permission to provide information on behalf of that person.

You may provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and zip code in order for Caring to provide you with information and referral services in connection with our sites. You may also provide personal information about another person for whom you may be seeking senior housing and/or care services and confirm that you have permission to provide and/or access personal information for that person.

Caring uses the information that you provide to us to provide you and your family with services that you have requested. We provide families with a free consultation about the senior living and care options available to them in their area, and connect them with those service providers. We are able to provide this free service because of the referral fees that we may receive from senior living and care providers. We cannot provide this free service if we cannot share personal information with these providers.

If you still want to opt-out of Caring using your personal information, please submit a request here. Please have the following information handy so that we can identify any data, and remove you from the service:

• If you can remember, the date of your last engagement with Caring

Caring will attempt to identify and update your preferences within a reasonable time frame, generally within 30 days.
